VBA code needed to simplify & for quick rum this heavily formulated file

I am in need of a VBA macro coding that takes my data as depicted in the spreadsheet . as on desired output tab. any help will be greatly appreciated. If you will see the formula on the output tab you will understand what I needs. Please assist me. I have made it on combine level but by date level I am not able to find the solution. I have attached my both copy, one is only formulated & the other one is with VBA one as file is very heavy with formulas & calculating almost 2 to 5 mins every time i touch the file.

I have attached the additional output i need & due to unable to upload the larger file I have just high;lighted in yellow & red - how my formula works. Let me know if you needs any further clarification.
