Specific sheet to be copied, based on values, along with cells

Hi everyone. With the help of AlphaFrog, this macro works well to create new sheets based on values from a table, and then it names the tab that same value along with cell B4. I like this macro because no matter how many more rows I add to the table, it works well.

But how can I tweak it so that now other cells on the table also copy to each new tab. See attached. (ID, department, revenue goal, and actual revenue should be copy)

Is there a way to use that same macro, but let's say only create the sheets that have value "A" in column C. So for example, only run to create the sheets if the department is "A"

I hope is not too difficult.
