VBA to Insert New Rows For Split Transaction

Hello,

This seems to be very complicated but hopefully it can be done with VBA.

On the Transactions sheet are details on a before and after example that takes one line transaction and splits into 3 lines.

Can there be code that will:

VBA to insert new rows below for the Split transactions run by entering a number (2-4) in column H. The new rows will have the same Account, Date, and Payee by VBA and insert the word Split in column F for each of the rows.
Then the amount from column M will be cut and pasted (by VBA) to column I adjacent to the number of splits entered in column H.

Please see attached file with better details on requirements.

I found this code to copy rows. I also have different revision with only the Split Receipt column. Can the code be altered so the amount in column K be moved to column H and the 3 rows in column K be zero so the user can enter values for each split so they add up to the Split Receipt amount?
