Delete Rows where Narrative contains similar text and values sum to zero

I have values in Col H and Narrative in Col I

Where the narrative has similar text for eg Fuel where the value for these in Col H sums to zero, then those rows must be deleted.

I have coloured those items where the narrative has similar text and the values in Col H sum to zero

It would be appreciated if someone could provide me with code to do this
