how I can fixing this problem with this code

Hi
I have data for many names . my code depends on what select the name from combobox . it should match with name in COL B if it's matched then insert a new row and fill data from userform but what I want before insert a new row I would search if there is empty row then should fill
without insert a new row and if there is no empty row then should insert a new row and fill as the code works . the empty row begins from COL C: COL F .

last thing I tought to understand your code when insert a new column and I put the formula , but it gives error #N/A
I put the formula in COL I because understand how should be in COL G
I try amending this line from this
