Worksheet_Calculate only on specific range

So currently I am working on a project that when all cells in a range are filled, I have a UDF that does a GET request to a company server that returns values to that cell. I then want to perform a split, parsing the resultant JSON from the GET request into columns in that same row as the UDF. The issue I am having is how do I have the split sub only run on the row that had the formula recalculated? Below is the UDF and the sub I have created for parsing the returned JSON.
