    Neaten up Data using Macro

I have data that is converted from PDF to Excel and then Imported

I am looking for code to neaten up the data so that the text in Col A lines up with the numbers in Col C and E

I have shown what the result should look like on sheet "Final Result"

When running the macro the data must be neatened up on sheet "Imported Data"

It would be appreciated if someone could provide me with code to do this

Hi, here a solution without VBA, only assuming that columns C and E have equal number of rows as column A.
    Formula: copy to clipboard

    Hi Howard,
You should see some youtube films about this aggregate function, they are mostly very instructive.

    But this part
    Formula: copy to clipboard

is the exception of the range that is selected in the part before the "/" : gather all the rows in the selection that are not blank,
    the part
    Formula: copy to clipboard

is putting the gathered selection in the separate rows.

As the aggregate function is very versatile, I really recommend you to watch youtube.

And thank you for the nice remark and the rep.points

    Cheers
    Erwin
