Web scraping not working as expected (skipping lines)

Hello everyone,

I wrote this code following some videos I found about the subject, and it's been really useful, although not very efficient. The code loops through a list of ZIP codes and paste them into the sheet, but sometimes it takes more than usual to load the content at the internet explore and it skips some lines, even tho the code is set to wait for the page to load.

If I change the wait time for a longer period, it does help, but it takes quite longer to loop through, so it's almost the same as having to loop the skipped lines again. Does anyone know how I could get this to be more efficient? Why doesn't it actually wait for the page to load if it's being told so?
