Copy and Paste Inserting New columns with same colour format

Hi Team,

I have been trying to find a solution to this but got stuck.

Problem: I have some data in column E to J and it has a conditional formatting comparing values from columns N to S. Any change in cells E to J highlights that change with a colour.
To track these changes over months and maintain history, I created a button which will copy and paste the values from E to J columns in columns U to Z. The command button works fine but I need to copy and paste maintain the highlighted cells to keep a track. For Example. In the attached file, I changed cells J8, F9 and J12 and you see them highlighted because of the conditional formatting. Now when I click Command Button, it copies over the values from E to J columns to columns U to Z but the highlighted cells does not copy. I am NOT able to find any solution to this. I will need to do this every month so its important that highlighted cells copies over with the same colour.

Can you please assist me here. Attached is a sample workbook.
