Macro button to add new row with formulas already included

I have a sheet to help stay organized with upcoming deadlines that visually shows the timelines of the dates.

I have a macro button that when you click it prompts the user where the new row should be added
However, It doesnt automatically bring down the formulas to the newly added row
I still want the same button and prompt box but when you add the row the formulas and formatting should also be added to the new row

I included a sample of my sheet

    Thank you so much
