Change =TODAY() reference to cell

in my file I work a lot with today date ( table filtering , =today() formula , power query filtering, conditional formatting )
The question is, can I make today date referenced to a cell? so I can change today date faster than I change PC date?

If, for example, you put =TODAY() in cell A1, you can use =A1 to refer to today's date. It makes it easier for testing too.
