Subscript out of range for list row / updating field

Hi

Initial shout out to torachan for setting me on the right path with this.

In developing this sheet, I've suddenly started getting a 'Subscript' out of range error when attempting to update an existing row of the first sheet (catalogue), using the form.

In this code:

is coming back with the error.

Slightly at a loss as this is something I've not changed form the original file I was working on. I'm thinking that, as the selection of textboxes is scanned for updates, something is not right in the textbook values, but not sure what.
