Minor Fixes to the email macro

Hi,

I have a code running that when the date is input in a cell in column 28 or 30 an email message pops up automatically with a custom message respective to the column.

I currently have the following written and everything works perfectly. However, there are few minor flaws that I am not happy with and just wondering if there is a fix for them.

1) After the name in the first row before coma there is space that appears automatically, how do I remove it? Is there a formula for it maybe? Or a function?
2) Font. Basically you can see the my set font size is 10 and when the email message pops up the size looks good but when I actually send it to myself as a test the text size appears as 11. What could be the reason for it and is there a fix?
3) After Kind Regards, I have 2 empty lines that appear automatically and it just doesn't look aesthetically nice. Is there a way to remove them somehow?

I tried to look up for those issues online but hardly could find anything that would fix them. Therefore, I am hoping that maybe some experts here will be able to sort out my issues

A quick update. I have managed to sort out the name with Trim() function

But the other two still can't figure out.
