Code to merge files when range is cells such as D8, F8 K5

Does anyone have a code or guidance to build a flat file from merged files where the files have multiple sheets and the sheets have data that is in in cells rather than a regular file format? I have a mapping of source cells needed for destination cells but they are like "sheet1":d8, f8, k8; sheet2": B10, d4 etc. Note, i did not set up this file structure - just asked to merge.
