Auto Email Depending On Data

This can be done but to give you code that will work with you file, we need to see exactly how your data is set up. Do you have a sample file you can attach that shows the name and email address of the recipient, the date received, and what information you want to include in the email? Include at least one example where one person has multiple lines. See yellow banner at the top of the page.

Also, you need to decide two things:

1. Some event will have to trigger Excel to send these emails. When do you want to check the dates? Push a button? Open the file? Something else?
2. To avoid sending the same email over and over again we will need a column to record the date that an email was sent. Where would you like this column to go?
