    To generate report and show chart in VBA form

    Hi,

    I need help to achieve the display of the report and its chart in VBA form as attached.

    The values shall be captured in excel and the pivot table and chart shall be displayed.

    Please let me know if anyone has any sample or example with code. Thank you
