Hide and close single workbook

Hey

I have demo vba workbook with userform
once u open file, application will hide and useform show, once close userform, application will close
I want some edites, for same work, but only hide and close this workbook, now if I have another workbook runing, it will hide and close with this code

kindly user dynamic vba file name if there is, rather than "file name" use thisworkbook file name
