Hi,
first as it can be so easily done manually in two steps (so often no need any VBA procedure) :
- sort the data
- Use the Excel feature Sub Total and well answer to the Assistant.
If really a VBA procedure is really necessary you can redo the same operations
just activating before the Macro Recorder in order to get your own code base …

The result should be in the source worksheet or in another one like 'Final' ?
In case it's on the Final worksheet do you really need a blank row between each SYMBOL ?
