VBA: Insert record into MS S Q L database

The code worked fine with Sybase, now database has been moved to MS S Q L, and it runs into error. It seems that it has issue to run I N S ERT INTO or U P DATE code.

What does error mean? object in the screenshot is table_name.

    Thanks.

    What does error mean?
You don't have sufficient privilege to perform the insert.
Usually means you need to set or have set, sufficient permissions for your user name at the back end.
