How to filter the column with multiple criteria and avoid duplicates

Hello,
I am trying to achieve the following with the help of the below code.

1. Filter the series and take only values with "EQ" & "BE"
2. If there are any duplicate symbols with both "EQ" & "BE" then take only EQ

Though the code is not showing any errors, I just want to know if there is any other method of achieving this.

In your example, once it is filtered there are not duplicate symbols. Suggest you reload a sample that is representative of your actual file so that we can suss out a workable solution.

I have re uploaded the new excel sheet with the relevant date. Can anyone help me to figure out any alternative way instead of the above code?
