Excel VBA: If (userform) Checkbox 1 = True, copy data from sheet 1 range x - sheet 2 rng y

Hi. I hope the title conveys what i am trying to do, and hitting a brick wall with.

I have a userform where i have placed 20 checkboxes. If Checkbox 1 is checked,
i would like the info in A1 on Sheet 1 to be copied to the next empty row on Sheet 2, starting at Row X.

I have searched, but cannot find anything that works, and everything i have tried has failed miserably.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

This does not seem to be working...
