split into 3 pairs and then split the pairs .

split into 3 pairs and then split the pairs
of the column where you have these three pairs.
1st step separate pick3 into three pairs
2nd step separate and compile each remaining column of the pair,
objective = see from the last draw of pick3 to the next the presence of the pair, also the inverted pair is valid, example 12 inverse 21

ok BSALV, thanks for seeing the post
    1st step separate the three doubles 1.2 1.3 2.3
2nd step where the pair is drawn in the column, minus her the rest is everything as shown in blue color yellow is the pair's last draw
another example = let's suppose that one of the pairs is 28, is from column 1, the remaining pairs is 0,19,37,46,55, ok doubt?
goal = the reference is the last three pairs
see in which column, then separate the rest the pattern is to filter at least one pair for the next draw

difficult to understand what you want, this is a trial.
You start with 100 numbers (after Reset)
with 1 drawn you have a triple, that max up to 6 duos, which delete eventually a cell in the table 10*10

thanks for seeing the post, bsalv, i'll explain it better, each pick3 draw
you have 3 pairs, ok= 1.2 1.3 2.3 you mark in the table
in which column are the three pairs, the remaining numbers where the column is marked will be placed in a row, minus the pair in the column of the draw of course
