Run Time Error '13" Type mismatch

Hello,
I am getting the following message as a result of running the below Macro. I did not write this macro but found in on on the Internet and tried to modify it to meet my needs. Would anyone have an idea of what I would need to change in order to prevent the Run Time Error '13' Type mismatch from occurring.
