Split dropdown list into separate sheets

    Hello,

In the attached workbook, I've built a report for various employees using data validation drop down list and SUMIFS. I'm now trying to create a macro that can go through every employee in the list, copy that sheet, and paste it into a new sheet (one sheet for every employee in the list).

I know I could have accomplished this using a pivot table, but I couldn't get my percentage calculations to work correctly. So, I decided to take this approach.

    Any help would be great!

In the updated attached sheet, the macro I created makes the sheets that I need. The next step would be to copy the information from the template sheet into each new sheet, changing the drop down list and recalculating the formulas in the template sheet before copying.

Thanks jindon! That works great! Is it possible to incorporate a fit all columns on one page command?
