VB Code to bring data from Closed file

Hello:

I have Quarterly Payroll detail csv files in folder C:\Temp\Data\ folder as attached.
Name of these files start with MM-YYYY


I need VB Code to copy the data from csv file into Sheet called "TotalPR" with 1st column being the last day of the quarter as shown.

I have manually done above in attached file "Payroll Merge"

I think you have misunderstood..
There is NO SQL CONNECTION.
Need to Open 1st csv file and paste and closed and then open second csv and paste and go on.

You need a more detailed description of what is not working. Message content, error number, symptom description.

I take it that you want to process all CSV files in the specified folder?
