Help With Calculation With Labels/Textboxes

Im trying to expand on this calculation to get a NET profit margin.

The above code returns the correct profit after all fees (In above example $5.53)


The next step now is to divide this result by the selling price for the product which in this case is txtboxOur_ListingPrice.Text and *100 (Whbich is the formula for net profit)

I came up with this - but its returning the wrong values

Im expecting to see a result of 54.06%= 5.53/10.23*100=54.06
5.53=txtboxOur_ListingPrice.Text
10.23=blSupplier_Total.Caption

But the label returns -21.41%

Anything im missing?
