Pop up message to appear if count exceeds 6 in each column

    Hi All,

Could you please help with the below. I'm not great with macros :P

Summary - Pop up message to appear if count exceeds 6 in column E-L

Each of the columns between E to L represent a date or slot for training. On both tabs users will be able to select the training slots they are able to attend by selecting 'confirmed' using the drop down provided. In both tabs I would like to apply the following rule:

    - If for example column E has 6 confirmed attendees, I would like to stop further 'confirmed' entries from being added. Instead a popup message should occur stating the following, "This slot is now full, please pick another date."
    - The limit of 6 'confirmed' clots should be applied to each column. In other words a maximum of 6 persons can select a slot (by selecting confirmed)

    Cheers
    Chris

    Hi,

Right click the sheet tab and select view code.

Paste this into the VBA window that pops up.
