Excel VBA to fill in Shape Color when selected in the same row

Hi all

I have 3 questions with multi shape per question and I want the shape to be highlighted if selected. The problem is that it's only highlight the selected shape even when i select other shape in different question. Is there a way to keep the color for each question?
