I have a workbook, in Office 2007, to keep track of NASCAR drivers records. This workbook was made for me by a now deceased friend that obviously cant help me with it. There is a sheet for every driver. The last sheet, named Stats, is set up with 2 drop down filtered lists. One to select the drivers and one for the track that you want to show their results for. I want to add some new tracks to each of the drivers sheets. That I know how to do but I cant get the new tracks to show in the track drop down. If I change the name of one of the existing tracks, it will show up in the list but the original does not. Searching online for helpful articles, I found how to show the name manager. One of the formulas listed is called track_list. Its value is {;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;} It refers to
=Stats!$AA$2:$AA$23
There is no data in that cell. I do not know how to program anything in Excel but my best guess is that if I could add to the track_list value, more of the double quotes, it would pull in more track names for my list?
I have attached this workbook and I will thank you ahead of time for trying to help me with this issue.
