Select multiple named ranges then clear contents

Is there an easier way to code this?

I basically have multiple named ranges that I want to clear the contents of, effectively starting a fresh... do I have to loop through every sheet and named range?

You will have to loop, but you don't need to select anything.

Are the Named Ranges all the same as the sheet names?
