copy values from textbox to specific column based on match two comboboxes

I search for way to copy the values from textbox1 based on two comboboxes 1,2. the combobox1 linked with column B . as to combobox2 is linked with the headers for multiple columns which contains PR so when select from combobox1 the item based on column B and select specific header for specific column and fill value into textbox1 . should fill under selected header from combobox 2 and beside the selected item from combobox1 and if I try changing again the differnt value for the header(PR) and the code have already contained value . should change and if the textbox1 is empty should delete the value based on selected combobox1,2 .

So the code should work so.
