Prefill SaveAs Dialog Box With Defined Name, Give Alert If Filename Exists In Directory

Reason:
Only one of my requests has been answered so far.

I have this code and I need some adjustment. I want to fill the name field with predefined name eg, "My File" + current year.

Which is to say that if I run the code right now, the name field should display "My File 2021" instead of using the name of the workbook.

It should populate the name field with "My File" + 2021. That is "My File 2021".

I have read a few articles and they have the Name argument in the syntax but I have not seen it used in any of the examples.
