You need a better explanation of what is required i,e, why are the highlighted values selected: and we do not need a file with 34K records
There are pairs which have the exactly the same letters [RADIOES/ROADIES] but AERADIO vs ? or GOATIES vs ?

RADIOES/ROADIES this is not similar ,these are two words you can make out of RDSAIOE
Your reply appears to indicate that you want the letters that can used to form more than one word so is the result in C1 is RDSAIOE for you example .
Please post a SMALL file showing exactly what you want in C1 and WHY.
There is "fuzzy logic" to compare similar words. I know that it has been implemented in Power Query to some extent, but I don't know much about it myself.

I had highlighted roastie since it is a new word from our old world dictionary

Given your last reply, the required outcome is much more complex than you previously indicated [multiple criteria] as you are implying there is a need to identify "new" words based on some (undefined) dictionary.

Karedog wow , pulling pairs , I have one version where have similars as row 1 and 2 ,3 and 4 , this one nicer
A portion of what it pulled , it kicked a 44,444 dictionary all at less than 7 seconds , some set are more than 3 pairs , picked everything it found
