EXCEL VBA IF Function

The below VBA code, i have multiple if functions, if all function evaluate to FALSE then i would like to display a message.
Below i tried with Elseif, but if first "IF or "ELSEIF" evaluates to true then the other ELSEIF functions are bypassed
