What do you mean? Have you looked at the many built-in Excel template files?

If you want someone to build an expenses tracker for you as a bespoke item, then you need to post in Commercial Services, where you can pay for their help.

If you want us to HELP you with this, then you need to start by providing a sample workbook.

There are instructions at the top of the page explaining how to attach your sample workbook.

A good sample workbook has just 10-20 rows of representative data that has been desensitised. It also has expected results mocked up, relevant cells highlighted and a few explanatory notes.
