Make A Row Flash Or Blink

Hi, see attached workbook containing a few conditional formatting formulas and conditions, as indicated by the coloured rows.

I want to draw attention to the red rows by making them flash when the estimated delivery date has passed by the set 2 days.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Personally, I wouldn't thank anyone for making a cell, range, or row flash ... whatever the reason. For me, at least, it would be a real source of irritation.

Colour/font/formatting should be enough ... though you do need to consider people who might be colour blind.
