Hi,
in column G COUNTIF function is working only for G1 and G2 only. for next cells it is not working even though every thing seems to be correct to me.
Please look at this excel file and find the mistake for which it is happening.

OK, two problems.

2. For some reason, the date/time values in column F are not being interpreted correctly. Not sure why. This can be fixed using Text to Columns.
Select the entire column. Then use Data | Text to Columns | Delimited. Remove (untick) all the delimiters and, on Step 3, just select Finish, Watch the values roll up.

Explain "this formula is not working". See the updated example. Or, stick with your original formula BUT the range will auto adjust as you drag it down.
You still need to fix the data as explained. Again, see the example.
