Duplicating Sheets, freezing system, and questions about VBA code in workbook

Hopefully this is the right section.

    Background:
I am building a spreadsheet that helps analyze game flash cards and player decisions. My first sheet is where all the data is entered and then second sheet is basically a summary of the first sheet.

I have this set up pretty much exactly how I want it to analyze one deck, however I want to make 9 copies of these two sheets since I need to analyze 10 decks.

    I have 2 questions/issues.

    1) my two sheets have several conditional formatting rules that connect the two sheets. Like if Sheet 1, A1 has a specific value, Sheet 2, A1 will be hidden or highlighted. I also have a couple simple macros saved in the project. My question is, if I create 9 more copies of these two sheets, will the formulas, macros or conditional formats still work for each pair of sheets or will they still be associated with the first pair of sheets, meaning I will have to go through every conditional format and every macro and change them for the specific pair of sheets.

    2) THIS IS MY MAIN QUESTION. I cannot duplicate the two sheets. Specifically the first one, titled "Deck 1 Input". Its like it is thinking and just never advances. I have let it run for several minutes. Nothing I do seems to work around this issue and I eventually have to close the entire program. Anybody have any ideas?

I've tried to attach the file to this post but it continues to fail. Maybe its too big. The file is 3.73 MB (3,919,900 bytes). Thanks for your help.

    Re: Can not duplicate sheet

Yes, it looks as if it's too big to attach.

Given the VBA, I think this might be better in the VBA section where the experst can comment on the effect of any code on what you are trying to do. Shall I move the thread for you?

The thread title mught benefit from a bit of added context.

If you are able to move it to the VBA section, and feel it would better fit there, please be my guest. Thank you so much.

    Thread moved.

Can you do your bit and embellish the title with a some more specific detail/context? It's a bit vanilla at the moment. Thanks.

Re: Duplicating Sheets, freezing system, and questions about duplicating

I have tried removing all VBAs and Macros and even saved the file as an .xlsx file instead of the macro enabled .xlsm file it originally was. I still can not get the first sheet to duplicate without excel getting the "stopped responding" error.

You mentioned a lot of inter-related CF - have you removed that?

Yes, I just tried the document without the interlaced CF and no macros. Straight up deleted them all just to test it. Neither seems to be the solution. And its still too big to attach. ugh.
