VBA TO Accept or Reject Terms & Conditions

Hi. I have a workbook, and everything in it works as intended.
However, I need to make it so that when someone opens it the first time, they see terms and conditions of use.
If they accept, the t&c's disappear and they are able to use it. If they reject, it closed the workbook.

Can anyone offer me help with this? I have no clue where to start and have used the search function in this site.
