Converting a Form in Excel to Mobile Friendly Sheet or HTML Page to Calculate Formula

Hello,

I have a form that I created in Excel that I would like to use on my phone through the Excel app, but I get an error that "This version of Excel doesn't support running or interacting with Form Controls". Are there any websites that would allow me to use the calculations I created in the attached spreadsheet and be able to input times and see its conversions on my phone?

In the attachment there is an example for Calculator 1.
