Web Scraping data for excel worksheet

I have never done "web scraping" using VBA, so I would really appreciate some guidance. I use Firefox for browsing and need to go to this site https://www.ofx.com/en-ca/forex-news...xchange-rates/ in order to download the USD to CDN exchange rates to apply them to dividends paid in USD. Presently, I do this manually, but it sure would be nice to just click a button and have it happen automatically.
Please see attached Excel worksheet "Sample exchange rates" for illustration. I have attached a second Word document "OFX exchange USD to CAD" to illustrate what's on the website where I get the data.
Thanks to anyone who can help...not sure it will be possible.

If you have the right version of XL 2010 or later, you can use Power Query which will easily retrieve the data you need.

As for webscraping, there are lots of info on the web e.g. https://datachant.com/2017/03/30/web...l-power-query/
As I'm new to it, I can't help much, but I tried it and it works very well
