Extracting relevant VOIP call data in summary report, automated for each month

We get a monthly download (in CSV) of the office's VOIP calls.
We import this into an Excel workbook.
Each row is a single call.
Fields in each row include "Direction(i.e., incoming/outgoing)", date, time, length, "From number," "From Name" "To Number" To Name" and other data.
The "From Name" and "To Name" fields are inconsistent and can reflect different names for the same numbers depending on how individual team members have added these numbers to their own contacts list.

We would like to get a summary of calls to existing clients, sorted by client, then date, with all the individual call data for that particular call available.

The majority of calls (>50%) are noise, meaning not calls with existing clients.

Each client can have multiple phone numbers. E.g., ABC Co. may have 3 points of contact, and each point of contact may have 2 or more phone numbers.
For our summary, it does not matter whether the call is outgoing (so client number is in the "To Number" field) or incoming (so client number is in the "From Number" field). We want to capture calls in both directions. We have a spreadsheet -- created for this purpose so we can reformat it as needed -- with a row for each phone number in our client list and the client name associated with that number.

I have tried using Vlookup but have not found a way to automate this. And everything has required a large amount of manual massaging.

The ideal result produces a report, sorted by client, of all calls with that client for the month sorted by date/time.

I am what passes for the excel expert in my shop but my skills are middle of the road--moderate VBA programming skills, decent grasp of formulas, but not an MVP by any stretch.
I have Office 2013 perpetual license on Windows 10 machine. I have access to Office 2019 but not on my station.

I imagine that problems like this, perhaps having nothing to do with VOIP data, have been addressed here but I don't know how to search for them. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I could probably adapt a solution from a similar problem to fit my needs.

Thank you in advance for any assistance.

    Perpetual???

If you aren't sure, in Excel go to File | Account and report what it says below the MS logo at the top of that page. If your version is for Mac, please also state this. Thanks.

Thank you for replying. I think I was accurate--we bought Office 2013 on a one time, non-expiring basis which I believe Microsoft called a "perpetual" license. So it stays as Office 2013 and does not update or expire.

Here is what the File | Account screen shows:

    Attachment 767207

If there is a different or better way to say this, please let me know.

    Thank you.

It's Office 2013 - please remove the word 'perpetual' from your profile, as it rather implies you have the subscription 365 version. Thanks.
