Create the File If Not Exist Else Copy the Data to Next Available Row

Here I am again asking for your help.

I can understand codes but can't write so I've combined the codes below but can't make it to work that suits my requirement. I've assigned the code to a command button in source workbook (wsCopy) and below are the required process:

1. Check if the file exist on the specified path
2. If not, copy the worksheet("Database") from source (wsCopy) to create a new file.
3. If file exist, open the workbook and copy the data to next available row
