Compare two list of Data with Variance

Hi

See the sample work book Attached

Sheet1 and Sheet i want to compare the values

In Result TAB column B5 i am manually updating the unique list of sheet and Sheet2 then i am comparing the value with sum if.

seeking some one help to do get this results through VBA.

on the below lines if the two column names or different instead of "Amount" and "amt". Like one place its "Amount" and one place its in "Net"
