Turn the Code for each cell in the selected Columns

Could you please help me, I have a counter that counts each time that the cell A2=D2 but i would like to recreate this for the whole columns. The following code is this:

Hi, this code works however I wanted it to have a counter in each cell. For example if C2=D2 two Times K2=2 and if C3=D3 One time then K3=1.
