Create Outlook mail based on cell value

Hi

With my excel file
I want if I click the button, excel create one mail for each user if send column = yes ( for duplicated names attach all files into one mail )
- mail body = # number (multi lines for multi attacment)

#8
- subject = "Total Attachment is: " & < number >
