Data Validation Automation

Good Evening Folks,

Is it possible to create a Macro, using the following Validation steps , and automate this process? If yes , please do guide or suggest on, How I can automate this below process - Thank you.

Validation : Script Dev
1. Click the Filter arrow in the # of Scripts Dev column and DESELECT the following:
• 0
• Blanks
2. Click the Filter arrow in the Total HRS Script Dev and SELECT ONLY the following:
• 0
• Blanks
3. For all remaining rows, enter “Missing HRS Script Dev” in the Fail Reason column
4. Remove the filter from the Total HRS Script Dev column but leave the # of Scripts Dev filtered
5. Click the Filter arrow in the Project Status column and DESELECT Script Dev
6. For all remaining rows, enter “Invalid Project Status/Activity Combo” in the Fail Reason column
7. Un-filter all columns
8. Click the Filter arrow in the Total HRS Script Dev and DESELECT the following:
• 0
• Blanks
9. Click the Filter arrow in the # of Scripts Dev column and SELECT ONLY the following:
• 0
• Blanks
10. For all remaining rows, enter “Missing # of Scripts Dev” in the Fail Reason column
11. Remove the filter from the # of Scripts Dev column but leave the Total HRS Script Dev filtered
12. Click the Filter arrow in the Project Status column and DESELECT Script Dev
13. For all remaining rows, enter “Invalid Project Status/Activity Combo” in the Fail Reason column
14. Un-filter all columns
15. Click the Filter arrow in the Project Status column and SELECT ONLY Script Dev
16. Click the Filter arrow in the # of Scripts Dev column and SELECT ONLY the following:
• 0
• Blanks
17. Click the Filter arrow in the Total HRS Scripts Dev column and SELECT ONLY the following:
• 0
• Blanks
18. For all remaining rows, enter “Invalid Project Status/Activity Combo” in the Fail Reason column
19. Un-filter all columns

use the macro recorder and step though your requirement.

I am following through with the recorder it works until i reach an issue where , for a previously recorded condition the new validation step collides with an older condition.
Example : Add a new column , Filter the first requirement - Enter and highlight comments - Missing HRS Script Dev , When going for the 2nd Validation requirement Invalid Project Status/Activity Combo, how do i add this in an existing mentioned issue , for example if 1 line item says " missing Hrs Script Dev how can i add Invalid Project Status/Activity Combo in the same cell for future data , as the Sheet is "Refreshable", Should i provide any attachment here?
