Add Dynamic Range to a Chart which should be able to Expand or Contract based on the Data

Dear Forum,

I am using a Chart where I need to check the Share % by varying the actual Range so I need help in getting a Dynamic Range to my Chart, i tried using a Named Range but in vain so finally am knocking for help on the forum's door.

Share
=$C$2:INDEX($C$2:$C$32,COUNT($B$2:$B$32))

Remove old Chart Data range and add new

Series name

Series X Value
='Dynamic Range to a Chart.xlsm'!Day

Series Y Value
='Dynamic Range to a Chart.xlsm'!Share

Thanks Bory for the help and also the breakup but I was presuming that only one named range would suffice requirement for the Chart just like for a Pivot Table.
