Inserting range data into text. Creating a pseudo xml file

Hi . I have some pseudo xml files to do. I wanted to describe it with formulas, but putting all the text into one line makes it not recognizable by the program for which I am preparing it. However, in such a system as in the file from the attachment, I have no idea how to address it in order to quickly copy it into a large amount of data. Please help me create a vba script for this.
