Thank you, but my intention is that all cells can will be selected inclusive the blocked.
I don't understand why some cells contents are blocked and another not, although all cells have same configuration.

If cells are locked they are not editable if the sheet is protected. It would be easier to help and test possible solutions if you could attach a copy of your file. Explain in detail what you want to do referring to specific cells, rows, columns and sheets using a few examples from your data (de-sensitized if necessary). See the yellow banner at the top of this page for instructions to attach a file.

I would suggest using this version of your macro and if you want to access any cells, unlock them.

I Can't, because in the cell "Q3" I have a Hyperlink that with doesn't work with cell blocked .
But I don't understand why in some cells blocked I can't edit the content and others I can, even if they have the same configuration.

This version of the macro will unlock Q3 so that when it protects the sheet, Q3 will be accessible.

It's no use because this way the cell "Q3" is editable and the user could change its content. I need all cells locked for editing but selectable.

Re: Cells blocked still allow edition

Try the attached file. I had to unmerge Q3:T3. You should avoid merging cells because they almost always cause problems for macros. You could simply widen a column if you need more space. Cell Q3 is unlocked so that the hyperlink should work. All the other cells are now locked and cannot be edited. There is a Worksheet_Change event macro in the code module for sheet "ALOCAÇÃO" which will prevent anyone from changing or deleting the value in Q3.
